GULAB JAMUN MIX

  1. Add 55ml of milk or water into Gulab Jamun mix. Knead it gently.
  2. Apply ghee on both the palms and then shape 20 round and smooth balls(jamun) without cracks from dough.
  3. Take ghee in fry pan and put the pan on low flame. Initially fry just one jamun, if it rises slowly to the surface, fry the remaining jamuns. (in case the first gulab jamun comes up fast, allow ghee to cool down a little.) Continue frying till the gulab jamun become golden brown.
  4. Soak them in to hot sugar syrup for 30 mins.

Preparation for Sugar Syrup: Dissolve 325g sugar in 300 ml water. Boil for 5 mins, You can also add saffron and cardamom
