GOTA MIX FLOUR

  1. Empty the packet in bowl (without chutney pack). Add 100ml water or milk in it and leave it for 10 minutes. Take oil in deep frypan and heat it on low flame
  2. Add 1 teaspoon oil in this mixture & mix well before frying gota. Fry gota in oil keeping on medium flame till it colour become golden brown.
  3. Serve hot gota with delicious chutney, chopped onion and fried green chillies

Chutney Recipe: Add 40g jaggery into 50ml water and heat it still jaggery gets dissolved. Add given chutney pack and boil it for 3 to 5 minutes. Serve hot gota with chutney. It will be testier
