Rava Idli Mix Flour

  1. Add 200ml water and 100g curd in Rava Idli Mix and mix properly to avoid lumps. (Note: You can use 300ml buttermilk instead of water and curd). Keep the mixture aside for 15 minutes.
  2. Boil 1000ml water in the Idli cooker and put oil greased Idli mould to heat. Whip the mixture before steaming and quickly pour it in the pre heated mould.
  3. Close the lid and steam the Idlis for 15-20 minutes at high flame. Remove the mould from the cooker, let it cool for 10 mins and then de mould the Idlis
  4. Serve Idlis with sambhar and coconut chutney.
