IDLI MIX FLOUR

  1. Add 320ml water into this idli mix and whip it. Keep it aside for 10 minutes
  2. Whip the batter before pouring. Pour the batter in pre oiled moulds of idli cooker
  3. Steam the batter in idli cooker for 15 mins
  4. Serve idli with hot sambhar and coconut chutney.
