DHOKLA MIX FLOUR

  1. Add approx. 280ml of water into the Dhokla mix and mix properly. Add crushed ginger, garlic and green chillies for better taste. Keep aside for 15 mins.
  2. Boil water in Dhokla Cooker and put an oil applied plate for preheating.
  3. Once again mix properly. Pour batter in plate, Sprinkle black paper powder on it. Steam for 20 mins at high flame and cut into pieces
  4. Sizzle mustard seeds, sesame seeds, green chilies & asafotedia in a5g oil and pour it over the Dhokla. Garnish hot dhokla with fresh coriander leaves and serve with green chutney and tomato ketchup
